What can I expect in my serviced apartment or group accommodation?

How do I book an apartment or rooms to let?
Once you have selected your apartment online and can see both the price and that it is available for your chosen dates, please click on the ‘Book Now’ button. This will allow you to input your contact information and credit card details. Please ensure your email address is correct or we will not be able to respond to your booking. Should you have any problems or need further assistance, please contact us.
How do I make a group booking?
Select the correct number of persons whilst booking. Also check that the group accommodation you want is available for your chosen dates. Then click the “Book Now’ button. If you have any questions, please email Office@WelcomeHomeApartments.co.uk.
Can I see the apartment or group accommodation before booking?
Yes, please call us on or fill out an inquiry form online and one of our client advisers will be happy to arrange a viewing.
How do I pay for the booking?
You can pay for your serviced apartment or group accommodation using a credit card or debit card.
When will my credit card be charged?
Payment is taken at the time of booking.
How do I amend my booking?
Please email Office@WelcomeHomeApartments.co.uk. with details of your original booking, i.e. which property you booked and the dates you requested as well as the changes you would like to make.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no charge if you cancel the booking more than 14 days in advance. However, for cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, full price is charged.
